Regular Parcel Post typically takes 2-6 business days for delivery, while Express Post delivers within 1-6 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location. Items with standard acrylic are generally shipped next business day. Orders with upgraded materials may take 2-3 business days to customise prior to shipping.
3. **Tracking and Notifications:**
All shipments sent via Australia Post include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the Australia Post website or app.
4. **International Shipping:**

📦 U.S. Orders – Import Tariff Notice
Please note: As of August 2025, the United States has introduced a 10% import tariff on all goods shipped from Australia.
This means:
- All U.S. buyers will be required to pay an additional 10% import fee when their parcel arrives.
- USPS (or the courier handling delivery) will contact you for payment before your order can be released.
- The fee is collected directly by U.S. Customs/USPS, not by our shop.
